The house is the last in a small row of houses, so you can enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Schleim estuary, the Baltic Sea and the sailing and sports boat harbour from the loggia on the 2nd floor. The panoramic view is simply breathtaking. On a clear day you can see from the Kiel Fjord over the Danish island of Ærø to the Schlei.

The houses have their own small private beach. The kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches all the way down to Schönhagen, is also not far away.

The house is furnished to a high standard: the combined open-plan living and dining area is located downstairs. The sofa can also be used as a bed. On the first floor, in addition to the two bedrooms, you will also find the bathroom, in which a large corner bath with massage jets invites you to relax. A special highlight is your own sauna (with window) on the top floor! Is there anything better than loosening up your tired muscles in the sauna after a long day by the sea and letting your gaze wander over the water? For your comfort, there is a separate shower right next to the sauna.

A Nespresso capsule machine is available here so that you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning on the terrace. You will need to bring your own capsules.

There is also another small living area on the upper floor - the so-called studio - with large panoramic windows. The Scandinavian wood-burning stove is also located here, so you can enjoy the view in front of the crackling open fire in winter. The two cosy armchairs in the studio are particularly high-quality sofa beds - when pulled out, they are fully-fledged sleeping options with a high level of comfort. In addition to the fully equipped bathroom on the 1st floor, there is a guest WC on the ground floor and a separate shower in the sauna area next to the studio.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is all the more cosy in the holiday home.
Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.
