Wonderful stay at Kauai shores. Location right on the ocean, lava lava restaurant on the ocean. It was beautiful. The staff so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Free bike rentals, free yoga on the beach. All these things made it that much more special!!

We enjoyed our stay, but would recommend that some of the maintenance items in the room be taken care of - i.e. bathroom door needs to close - unable to close as it does not fit door jamb. Need to designate an adult pool since the jacuzzi and pool area in the main area is over-run with screaming kids and parents who let the kids run wild .....maybe a second jacuzzi. Staff are courteous and responsive. Beautiful setting.

I enjoyed my stay at this property; it is well maintained, very clean and safe with wonderful staff. The beachfront Lava Lava restaurant is a must, what a gem (although a pricey one). The room is beautifully and conveniently furnished; I appreciate the many clever storage options. On the downside, it is lively place, with children running around, music being played in the bar, so it is only quiet during the night. The rooms are not specially sound proofed. Also, the rooms feel quit cold and damp during the night, maybe due to proximity to the beach.

Best 9 days! So relaxing and beautiful The property has been recently renovated, is located right on the water, with Lava Lava restaurant, walking / bike paths for miles along ocean. Hot tub, pool, fire pit, bikes and yoga on the beach every morning. The beach in front of resort is perfect for surfing and swimming. The staff are friendly and helpful. So many coffee dining options, grocery store that I didn’t rent a car. Highly recommend!
