Got there and even though we had made a reservation they did not have a room for us. They still charged me for a room!!! Do not recommend staying here

Worse experience every there are roaches everywhere in my son hair from in that room I didn’t get room key restroom flooded I need a full refund or complementary stay at 5star hotel I have video and pictures of this nasty place they need to be closed for good

Our stay in this hotel was awful, first the card reader to open the door didn’t work we went to front desk and get a new one and the lady said “omg i thought they already fix it” then we enter to the room and all the appliances were dirty there was bugs everywhere and in the shower and 2 dead bugs under my pillow!!! The tv didn’t work either and the sheet has all stains. I would not recommend this hotel at all. DO NOT GO THERE

Did not actually sleep there after looking at the room. Did not want to risk bed bugs.Check-in was very difficult after hours and almost didn't happen. Checkout and stay cancellation was very easy. Strong smell of cigarettes in the halls and dampness in the room. Room and building in rough shape but relatively clean. This is a long term rental location - not recommended for short term stays.

Property was dirty, and and kept up wore out. Things were worn out towels were stained front of the refrigerator was rusted and filthy. Elevator door didn’t work. Gross and dirty. Room has cockroaches and bugs crawling out of drains and the AC unit. Kitchenette vent and elements were very dirty. bedding had stains. You get a sheet to cover up with. Wood looks like animals had chewed it.

This is awful, I need to be refunded, I purchased the room through hotels.com with afterpay, after purchasing the hotel called and told me they were fully booked and I had no room available, this is insane, they wouldn’t refund my money, I need a refund NOW!

No smoking room had the smell of stale smoke that irritated my throat and sinuses. Felt like I was less than safe, somewhat isolated without transportation. Biggest issue is that I had to cut short my stay and there was no one available to cancel the remainder of the stay and ensure a refund of my overpayment. Even during front desk hours, I was unable to reach someone at the desk.
