As always we stay here anytime we travel. I especially enjoy the shuttle to and from the airport. My favorite is the guy who listens to Christian music. He is always so up beat and very wonderful to deal with. The other staff I have encountered have been great too.

We reserved a room as we were needing to get to the airport the next morning by 3:00 am. The airport shuttle was perfect and was ready to take us at 2:30 am. We were also able to leave our vehicle at the hotel first extra charge. The hotel was nice & quiet & the shuttle bus was right on time. The shuttle also picked us up at the airport a week later when we landed & took us to our vehicle. The only thing that needs improvement is the towels. They are kind of thin & scratchy but the beds were very comfortable.

This is what I would call a budget hotel. My only large gripe is the lack of snow control, but it was a very bad storm. I got a sute and it was much nicer than I expected at the price level that I paid. I would hands down, stay here again.

We got stranded in Kansas City due to the winter storm. Luckily we were able to book a room here. They had an airport shuttle that was running even as everything else was shutting down. Check in was smooth, especially as a lot of people were calling and checking in. The employees were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was busy but the staff was working hard to replenish everything to feed everyone who was there. Overall, we’re glad we were able to get a room here with everything going on and big thanks to their employees for handling everything so well

Great hotel
Staff was very kind, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was good. It was easy to schedule transportation to the airport. I would return if I find myself flying through KC again.

I liked the staff a lot. The room itself was clean. However, i was told upon arrival they do not check locals in. Thankfully my out it state girlfriend was with me and able to secure the booking. Expedia did not say this hotel did not book locals. I did not like paying for a balcony only to not be able to smoke on it. Expedia did not specify this. There werent even any chairs on the balcony. Breakfast being dine in only. Why can't guests take a bagel to their room? That's very odd. That combined with anything other than basic black coffee and expresso being $5.25 kind of shows management penny pinching. To add to the penny pinching, the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, it bleached my swim wear. There were many clogged jets in the hot tub and you could see why they didn't work: there was grime visibly crusted in them. Pouring more and more chlorine in it so you dont have to properly clean it is wild to me. I could have paid the same exact rate elsewhere and gotten a better experience and decent amenities.
