Accommodations worked perfectly for us. Overall it matched the description on the listing, with the exception of having to go through the garage to get to the basement. Communication with owner was timely - especially in the beginning when we needed to work through issues with the water not being on. Property details (i.e. location of towels, instructions for setting the HVAC were lacking). Several aspects of the property could use attention (cob webs in light fixtures, cabinet doors is disrepair, …). Expectations for checkout would also be helpful.

Chiefs Game at Arrowhead
The location is very good and neighborhood seemed safe and was close to shopping, restaurants and Interstate 70. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and accessed through the garage which was a bit of a mess. The guest using the basement bedroom says they heard a lot of noise from guests on the main level. Kitchen appliances very new and nice, some of the pots and pansold.o, tnoclevel.

Great stay for a large family. Does need to add a handrail to the front steps. No handrail was a problem for 2 80+ family members. Also there needs a grab bar in the master bath.

Comfy home in safe neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and very comfortable. The house if is very nicely decorated and our kids really enjoyed the playroom in the basement. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in KC!
