Great space!
Great location. Walkable to some great little markets and fun bars and yummy food. Place is very spacious. We are a family of six with four teenagers. Tons of room. The pullout mattress for floor was seriously comfortable as were the beds. Worth it.

Good location near convention center
The apartment was very nice and nicely located near t-mobile center and convention center. I would not suggest for families with young kids. At night the area is not best for kids to walk around. We never found the pool or workout room. I suggest to the owner to clarify where things are and how to get to them. We found on the last day that there is an entrance from the parking garage to the apartment as well.

Check-in process very simple and flawless. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was with the parking garage (access card), main bedroom window was slightly opened, and very difficult to close and the coffee maker was missing the filter holder. Otherwise a very good space to rent in an excellent location.

Nice stay
My family of 6 stayed during a basketball event at the t mobile center. It was a great location, a short walk to the power and light district. The property was clean and well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Managers were quick to respond to questions about entering the building. Kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub area, game room that had putting green, lounging area, pool table, and other games.
