I'm not mad, I'm disappointed...
I booked my room through hotels.com as a 2 queen bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me it was sent as a king bed suite (1 bed with a pullout couch). She said she could not make the change due to the 3rd party reservation and that if hotels.com called, she could change it. I contacted hotels.com, they called, but the one remaining 2 queen room was sold out so we went to the king suite. The pictures attached show the stains on the couch. The desk clerk then transferred us to a different king suite. Stains on that floor but the bedding looked ok so we stayed. My roommate slept on the pullout couch but slept horrible due to the fact that he felt like he was going to fall through the frame. The desk clerk was very helpful and apologetic that she couldn't do more to help, but it was still a horrible experience.

The waterpark was the best part of the stay. The staff was friendly but the furniture in the rooms are ruin down and falling apart. We found 2 bugs in one of our 3 rooms. Would not recommond it for the price.

Staff a little rude plus roaches were found in room. The wall was stained, there was trash from previous guest. Plus the fact that they allow kids to be hitting everybody with a ball because there we no adult to supervise. Making it unsafe for other smaller children.

An okay place to stay. Pool equipment is rusted and worn out. Rooms are alright. Beds were fine and clean but the walls were dirty, there are crumbs from the people before you, and the hot water runs out in the morning. Surprisingly the bed was fairly comfortable, but the mattress sagged on one side. Walls are thin and you will hear the people above you and children screaming in the halls. It’s the equivalent to a cheap motel.
