I’d turn back if I were you
The lobby had a musty smell of dirty socks. Front desk friendly. Dirty towels and some debris laying in the hallway to our room in the afternoon. Still there in the morning. No shower curtain. A small roach in the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The cleaning staff did well and even stopped by. I stayed multiple days and found half of the front desk employees to be very friendly and helpful when needed, while rhe other half i found to be really rude and uncaring. Parking was difficult to find on busy nights like the weekend

Was in Overland Park for a family visit on a solo trip by myself. Stayed three nights. Just needed a room that was clean and quiet. Quality inn fulfilled that. Did not eat the free breakfast there but did get coffee in the morning on the way out. No problems with my stay there. Had I been traveling with my wife or family members we would have stayed at other properties nearby.
