Overall not a bad stay for the price. Pretty clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy to find parking with close access the building. You could tell that the building is old and has had minimal upkeep. Bedding had some noticeable stains and it was fairly noisy when I didn't have my TV on or when using my sound app. Elevator was really dirty which isn't a huge deal but some effort could be put into making it look a little nicer.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Egg patties and sausage patties to use on a biscuit. 2 kinds of cold cereal. Yogurt. Waffles. Juice and coffee. Bathroom needs overhauled. No clock in room. Washer and dryer available. Outside pool. Parking was good.

Very good accommodation
Quiet location. Clean and very adequate. We appreciated this is a dog friendly hotel Access to pet area was excellent and signage for disability assistance was very clear. Breakfast was okay but not outstanding. We needed a clean functional place to stay and this met our needs. The bed was very comfortable

Rock hard bed, yet nice bathroom.
The pictures do NOT reflect the hotel. The front service area was out-dated. The room we stayed in was the handicap room and it was plenty of room to maneuver in, however the bed was ROCK hard and made noises when you moved around on it becuase it had a metal frame. The bathroom was updated and nice.

I did not like the desk requiring a $50.00 additional charge as a possible charge for unknown problems. I did check in early (11:30 am) as I had an event to attend at noon until late in the day so I just wanted to confirm my room.
