The property had no WiFi or phone service during my 2 night stay. Restaurant had no heat and was closed as well. Nice enough rooms but not near anything. No walkable restaurants stores etc.

The hotel had just opened when we were there. It was so beautiful and the staff was very very helpful. Bar was accessible and friendly and drinks were well priced. It was about 15 min to Kansas City and Ubers were only $10 - $15 so very very reasonable.

I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Kansas City! The staff were so welcoming. I loved the decor and how pet-friendly the hotel is. I was traveling with my dog and they gave her some fun swag. The bed and pillows were also so comfortable. 10/10 experience overall. I will add though that the property opened several weeks ago so there are still some kinks that need to be worked out (slow WiFi, not all TV channels worked, fridge in the lobby not fully stocked, etc). Also, the area around the hotel is relatively new and continues to have new construction so there is noise if you’re staying during the week. None of this bothered me, but it’s just something to note for others considering staying at this property

My stay at this hotel was great . JJ was awesome , greeted us , got us checked in quickly and let us know about all of the amenities . Hotel is clean , new and close to many of the restaurants , river market and freeway. Will book again !!

Lovely hotel overall! But bar just ok service
We checked into this beautiful hotel a little early but no problem. The hotel desk attendant couldn’t have been nicer and check in was very smooth. Made our way to our king room it was so lovely and clean. We didn’t use the Nespresso machine but it was a nice feature with flavored creamers available. I guess my only tiny complaint would be with the bar called the Show Pony, a little over priced for drinks $16 each for a mixed drinks, a little light on the alcohol and bar tender not very attentive, no initial acknowledgement, no napkins offered when he did bring water and took order took a bit and was not at all busy, but what raped me was he took my water glass and didn’t refill it. He just took it away. I had to ask for another glass of water.
