You have access to one reserved parking spot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $350 for all stays 30-59 nights and is included in the cost of your booking. Extension coverage will be invoiced at the rate of $130 for each additional 30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building. This unit has one designated space.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
