The supposed non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Other than that, the room was really nice but it was loud. Between the running water that made me wonder if my bathroom was flooding in the middle of the night to the bed shaking from slamming doors, I didn't get much sleep.

The bathroom was dirty behind the bathroom door along the wall with dust & dirt. Looked like they hadn't even swept there let alone scrub the floor there. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done about it during our one night stay. The hot breakfast was good.

We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained. The only thing that was subpar was the breakfast especially on Saturday morning.

Exceeded my expectations given the low price. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bananas, breakfast bars, yogurt, juice, coffee. Friendly staff. Convenient to I-35.
