Friendly responsive professional front desk staff. Manager effectively dealt with problem, adjusted bill. Adequate limited breakfast.Large clean rooms. Car required. Nothing in walking distance, especially no places to eat. Thin walls; sounds (TV, snoring)in adjacent rooms easily heard.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast, and easy parking. The staff is exceptional! Everyone was helpful, courteous, friendly and accommodating. I really can't say enough about how above and beyond they did things. If i come back to KC I will definitely come back here! 😀

This La Quinta is very nice. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large, well stocked with fresh white towels. The shower puts out hot water. A great breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a restful stay.

great place to stay

The Hotel and staff were amazing. I have never felt so safe at a Hotel. I traveled alone on this trip so feeling safe was a must. I needed to be close to Children's Mercy Hospital and it was 4 min away. The only thing that I have to complain about is the women who was standing in the lobby talking to the receptionist in a pink hoody pink high top Nikes and her pink panties in the lobby during breakfast hours I was in there around 820am to 900am on the 10th day of September. who then went out and stood in front of the hotel. When it was my turn to check out I stated that the lady had forgotten some of her attire and the receptionist said yeah i seen that.
