I wanted a unique stay in downtown KC. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast menu was disappointing. The room was clean. Needs more lighting and the shower with no door was cold and drafty. The lobby had a bad smell to it.

Nice but needs help.
Bathroom shower had no door so water went all over the floor. Also only had ONE towel hook for three folks. Room was nice but the bathroom seemed to be an afterthought.

Hotel Indigo was all around a great experience for our family. The hotel is really nice and super clean! The staff was excellent and exceeded our expectations! They have a fantastic restaurant downstairs, where we had our complimentary breakfast! This was no grab and go with powdered eggs, it was a real hearty breakfast! The location is great, for getting around without a rental car! They have a KC Streetcar in downtown to get you to lots of food and entertainment during your stay. We highly recommend you staying here if you want to stay in the downtown area!

This is always my go to when going to KC.. Lots of really walkable venues and the parking is cheap and easy if you use the public parking garage. The rooms are clean and it's super easy to navigate. Rooms aren't huge by any means, but they're spacious enough for a couple.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. We were there for a concert at the T Mobile Arena. The staff gave us precise directions for walking to the venue. The check in staff were kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The Valet parking was very convenient and Fransico who parked our car and brought it back when we left was delightful.

A solid hotel. Comfortable bed, bad pillows. Unfortunately the thermostat made a sound every time it clicked the AC on or off (sounded like a soda can opening) that woke both my wife and I up every 15-30 minutes, so not a super restful stay. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the location was great. Parking garage right next door was easy and convent. Lots of construction around downtown Kansas City, but that's not the hotel's fault and none of the construction noise entered our room. No luggage rack the room was odd (I feel like people who design hotel rooms don't stay in them), but the desk in the room gave a nice large, flat surface.
