The mirror in the bathroom was not clean. There was a marker under the bed skirt on one of the beds. There was a small tupperware under the bed skirt of the other bed.

The location was great, less than 10 minutes to Arrowhead. The important part of the room seemed clean i.e. the beds and bathroom. The walls were majorly scuffed up (perhaps a darker color around the trim and lower half of walls), the carpet in the room was in pretty awful shape, and the a/c was leaking water on the carpet. The outside of the hotel appeared to be abandoned, overgrown weeds and a dead tree. The cherry on top was the fire alarm going off at 5:30am, which I understand happens but I can't help believe it might have been a maintenance issue.

Holiday In Express always offers nice rooms and friendly service. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, i believe they were full size beds and not queen, so not as comfortable for 2 people.

Hotel had roaches and wouldnt give a refund when we paid over 450 for one nightt. Manager wouldnt return phone calls and corporate is just as worthless. IHG hotels are absolutely going down hill. I guess we are just out our money

We rented 2 rooms 1st room the AC was broken, then went to check the second room and came back to the first room and could no lomger get in the room. Went to the front desk they said the battery was dead in the door. After them checking the AC they moved us to a new room. The 2nd one the tub was clogged. But the AC worked. But after leaving the 2nd room and coming back Went to get back in again could not get in the room again we were told the battery was dead in the key reader. Very ran down, muggy and has a bad smell. Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel smelled musty and the bedding felt damp. Your room only gets cleaned every 4th day that you are there with no restock of towels unless requested. There is also no complimentary breakfast and the hallways were very warm with lots of wear and tear on the walls and trim. For a hotel that charges close to $300 a night we were expecting a little more.

The staff was really nice! When we got there our room wasn’t ready but they were able to get it ready fairly quickly. The property definitely is not the most up to date, but it works for one night. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest either, but we had no issues. Overall a fine stay!

This was not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. The property was poorly maintained, and exterior needed power washed and landscaping weeded…the grass had not been cut in some time…The lobby had discolored and chipped furniture. Elevator smelled like stale food…the room was ok, but the wallpaper was peeling, paint was chipped, the shower needed a good scrubbing, and the fixtures were rusty. Curtains also did not close completely as the pulls were broken…Breakfast was poorly managed as they were out of everything when we arrived and only bananas and bacon were replaced in the 30 min we were in the breakfast area… if this was a $100 per night room, it would have been as expected but it was well over $200 per night….just disappointing all around…
