The parking price was not transparent. It says online it is $11 a day and it doesn’t disclose hours much it is until the end of paying. I didn’t have choice other than leaving my car parked so I was forced to pay over $100 to park for 4 days

The facilities were clean, open and in general pleasant. I noticed that some furniture was chipped, ceiling tiles were coming apart/stained ( in the gym), and there was duct tape repair for carpets on the floor of the elevator. I would stay again, but feel that basic maintenance should be a priority for management to attract clients/guests.

Only one working elevator for the hotel. Made it very difficult when you are on the top floor. Had to take the stairs from the 11th floor. Room was cold no matter what the temp was set on. Also, the water would not get hot. Warm at best. Very disappointing since the last time I stayed at the property.

Elevators DON'T work!!
Beware, when we stayed only 1 elevator out of 4 was working!! When housekeeping was trying to clean at 8;30 am, it was a cluster-f**k and catching a ride was next to impossible so we carried our luggage from 9th floor to 1st by taking the stairs. Not a good look for a "luxury" hotel.

We really like the room and the decor is very nice and not dated. The bed is comfy, and the shower is great! The ladies up front were incredibly helpful as well.
