The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and pretty Not the most comfortable beds and the thermostat kept lighting up at night disrupting sleep but was fine after covering it. Great stay, would stay again.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was clean and quiet, I recommend a balcony room! It was nice to sit outside and relax after a long drive. The hotel is very nice, there is a bar & grill right across the street we highly recommend also! They have amazing food! That was another plus to our stay here. Only downside was there wasn’t a doggie area for our furry friends.

Beautiful Hotel

We stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Kansas City, Crossroads district every visit we make to KC. Have always been satisfied and it's close to everything we want to do. Will stay here again.

Great stay for the Chiefs game

We had an excellent stay! We were in town for the Chiefs game and would stay here again. Clean, friendly, quiet and close to places to eat and a free tram right out front to take to Union station and river walk. The one and only downfall is the parking. Paying top dollar for a room and then $20 a night to park is fine but when you have to park off site across the street and aren’t guaranteed a spot if you leave and come back is a little ridiculous. We were afraid to go anywhere our first night and come back to no parking spot which was already paid for. Thankfully when we came back from the game the second night it was okay. Otherwise this really is a nice hotel and would recommend.
