My car got the window busted out and timed though an it was raining. I employees acted like it was a regular event. What be staying at any Hampton inns anymore. Good thing I didn’t leave anything of value In the car

Hotel is good, but be aware of the parking set-up.
Room was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Just be aware, parking is $20/night and is in a city surface parking lot, a block away from the hotel, and with no access control. The parking lot is well lit, and I had no trouble, but if I had known this in advance I might have chosen another hotel.

Love the Downtown Main Street Hampton inn
My room was so comfortable. I spent a lot of time in the squashy chaise lounge. Simone who made our breakfast was so awesome, helpful, warm and welcoming. She is outstanding. Walking out the door to the streetcar was great, lots of great restaurants. The staff were all very responsive. Thanks!

The property itself is very clean, updated, and the staff was very friendly! Unfortunately, and to no fault of the hotel itself, there is an empty lot next door that is in poor conditions, and in general the city streets and sidewalks of downtown Kansas City are dirty and many in disrepair.

Asked for room service since I staied 2 nights and no cleaning was provided. In general I don't like that customers must ask for a room service. Room service must be provided if you stay for more than one night. Customer do no get a better price if they do no ask for cleaning service. COVID is over!!!
