Great airport access
Super close to the airport but the hotel is a little dated but does look like they’ve attempted some upgrades. It’s pretty basic and if you’re flying in/out, it’s a fantastic location. For the price, I’d stay again. They also offer an airport shuttle!

I always enjoying staying here, but the first room i was in had a loud whining noise coming from the toilet, so i had to change rooms. The staff moved me and said they will have the room service clean up; no mention of fixing the toilet.... strange. i guess leave it for the next guest.

Our first night was great , the next morning we put a sign for housekeeping to come later. We left before eleven we expected our bedding to be changed, we arrived at night and we were surprised no one went to our room. We had no clean towels no paper towels. Called office this morning and was told it will be brought we didn't get them till we had to come out to ask housekeeper who told us we are suppose to call for it which we had done. If not for that this place is good.

Room itself was okay. Very noisy, very little to dampen all the noise outside of the room. Repaving the parking lot so very very little parking on site. Could not be waited on at boulevard grill. Stood waiting for almost 20 minutes never spoken to or waited on ended up walking out. Dirty dishes sat outside rooms the entire time we were there (2 days). Would not recommend anyone stay here with the high number of other hotels to choose from. Dissapointing for a 4 points location.

Over night to catch international connections, General appearance of the facility is wanting. Bathroom/shower appeared 'new' and in good working condition. The room was average in appearance. Breakfast bar was good but I didn't expect to pay. Disappointing given the cost. Convenient to airport with a good shuttle service. Stay over long term parking is competitive. Hotel needs an update as Sheratons go.
