I travel for a living and this was truly one of of my favorite smaller hotels I’ve stayed at. As a professional traveler I alway appreciate hotels that let me check in early if my flight lands early. Very clean and the service was great.

Good and bad....
Although the hotel needs updating, it was clean from check in area to our room and reasonably priced. Distance to airport and shuttle service were excellent. Our room was on the 5th foor and temp (70°) was perfect when we arrived at 4 pm. It was a very hot day! By 6 pm the thermostat read 74° so I called the front desk. Someone from maintenance arrived around 8 with news "nothing they could do because of the outside temp". They brought us a fan. We chose to not move rooms because we had entirely too much luggage, had unpacked all essentials and my husband had a fractured hip. At 1 am our room temp was 78°, but we survived. Our bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows were awful, but the staff was great and the food from the restaurant was surprisingly good and reasonably. We'll choose a different hotel next time.

Everything was great besides in the bathroom. The toilet seat was cracked, and Everytime you set on it it pinched you. Also didn't have any body wash in the shower.

I've stayed at Four Points in several cities and this was the most disappointing one. The service was fine and friendly but it's an old property. The furniture in the lobby is modern but dirty. The hallways are dark and smell of "old hotel." The room was ok. There was a used napkin on one of the nightstands and the remote was turned over, which suggested to us that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I hope the sheets were changed. For some reason, the couch was kind of in the middle of the floor and not pushed against a wall, which was odd. The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure but bathroom was super tiny with no counter space (pedestal sink). About 1-2 miles to the airport, not bad, and parking was free. We had a car so didn't try the shuttle. We only needed the room for one night and spent little actual time there, so it served that purpose. I wouldn't stay here for longer.

There’s only one elevator to go up to the floors. It did have a pool & gym. I think the best part we’re the housekeepers were so sweet & their service were fast & friendly. The downfall is my family and I did wake up itchy and with bite marks. Almost positive bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again honestly.
