Nice property, staff, and convenient location that is walkable to many shops, restaurants and activities in downtown KC. One block from Main Street streetcar. Courtyard property is located next to MainSt and 670 and it is noisy throughout the night. Local restaurants get busy early - get reservations! Parking was over $30/Night and hotel bistro was overpriced for its quality of food.

The motel was clean, our room was spacious and very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the breakfast is not included. We had to use valet parking because there are not many places to safely park in the area. The valet were helpful and got our car to us quickly. We would stay there again.

Great hotel, great location

This hotel was really nice. Its in a great location. Streetcar is so close as well as the Kauffman Center, Power and Light, Tmobile Arena, etc. Valeting the car was really nice too (definitely not free, but worth it on my opinion). Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Bistro food was good. The only negative thing I could say is that they give you the world's smallest trashcan in the room and then don't ever empty it. We set it out in the hallway so they could dump it/replace and they just took it and never brought one back so we had to use a plastic bag for trash the last day and a half.

Great stay experience

Throughout the whole stay every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our first encounter was with Elise at the front desk. She was friendly and so helpful when we asked about local places to eat while we were in KC. Even a minor sink issue was handled efficiently. This was a great stay experience! The hotel was clean, spacious and everyone made the stay even better than expected.
