Decent hotel but too soft of beds.
The staff was friendly and the lobby smelled amazing. Our room, however, smelled like a wet dog. The bed was really soft...which ended up messing with our backs and hips. Had to go to the chiropractor once we arrived home just to get back in alignment. Breakfast was decent. The eggs and sausage didn't look too good but had a good assortment of other items to choose from. Probably won't stay here again...only because of the beds. Also, parking was not ideal. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle overnight where I had to park. If they filled the hotel, there would not be enough parking for sure.

It’s conveniently located for our needs. There could have been more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t in operation.

Booked this property for the indoor pool and gym.... of which neither were usable. The pool was closed "for maintenance issues" and had been for some time with no communications to the guests. And the gym had a couple decent pieces of equipment, but the treadmill was the smallest thing I've ever seen. My 9 year old, who is small, looked like a giant on it. No way a grown adult could run on it. Property was clean on the majority of the inside, but the outside wasn't too nice to look at with all the overgrowth around it and missing shingles.

Bad odor in the room and carpet felt damp and old.
The room we stayed in on the main floor stunk like someone had been smoking a pipe. My wife has bad allergies which makes it worse. For some reason the whole room felt damp which made it very hard to sleep. The carpet was very old looking. I think its time for Comfort inn to remodel. I'm surprised it had an 8.4 rating on hotels.com.
