We usually stay across the parking lot at the other hotel, but they were full. The customer service had improved since we stayed here last year. I did ask for new towels and that was done when we got back to the room in the evening. Last time, you would ask and never have it done. It felt dirty this time also. Not just in the room but around the hotel, especially the breakfast area. The floor had spills on it that had been there for both days, tables were dirty, top of garbage can was disgusting and area where food was unkept. We were in room 307 and the cabinet the fridge was in had 2 different colored doors, there was no toilet paper holder (the roll was placed on the back of the toilet), there were no hooks to hang a towel for when you got out of the shower or use again, the shower had mold in the grout, the carpet was torn between the bathroom and room, and the grout on the floor of the bathroom was completely black. My white socks were black when I walked in the room.

Window would not lock and there are no curtains in my room. Refused to move me to a different room because there was no management on the property. Terrible hotel and service.

The hotel was clean in a beautiful area, but no towel service. Had to ask several times for clean bath towels. Asked to have room service to pick up used towels and it never happened. Would go again, but would make sure there was towel service daily.

The property looked promising. Premier suggested something above average. Check in was slow, new employee. Shower was moldy in the bottom, house keeping left only one bath towel, and breakfast, while delicious was only available till 8:00 am. We felt rushed to leave

Clearly management is weak based on things I saw and heard from staff and guests. At checkout there was only one person working, 3 no show for staff. As a business owner myself this points to bad management. The property is nice, but not for long.
