Run far from this hotel
Would not recommend staying here at all. Our room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned. The shower had dirt and pieces of grass in it, so my wife and I skipped getting the hot showers we had so been looking forward to after 14 hours on the road. I’ve uploaded a photo but it doesn’t show as well as in person. I think our bed may have had bed bugs as my wife and I both woke up with bites all over our bodies and have been itching for about three days now. Our room also smelled like smoke and febreeze as if someone tried to cover it up. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff was nice. When I mentioned our experience to the manager I could tell she felt bad. She tried to discount our room, but unfortunately since it was booked through hotels.com there was nothing she could do. Avoid this one like the plague, or you might catch it.

I rented 3 king rooms with sleeper sofa. The room my son was in, when he flushed the toilet, poop water came up in the bathtub. They sent a maintenance man but all he did was plunge the toilet. He asked to be placed in another room. Someone had also turned off the fridge and the carpet around the area was soaked. They had no more king bed rooms and had to move him to a double queen room. They didn't offer a refund of any of the room cost but should have because those rooms are always cheapest then a king.

Parking lot was full. If you park on the lower level, you’ve got a climb stairs to get in. Getting into the hotel was very congested and inconvenient. The staff was very professional and courteous and very friendly and helpful.

I was so glad they had a big breakfast available. I could get ready and go get breakfast with warm eggs and potatoes, yogurt and fruit, and coffee and juice. Saved me money and began morning well. Although I did not use I liked that there was a pool and a gym. Staff was accessible.

Mrs Haywood was so friendly checking us in and helping us with great info on places to visit and places to go eat, she always welcomed us in with a smile and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The breakfast was good and the sports bar inside the hotel had friendly staff and good food and drinks.
