Find a different Hotel
I got my key and went to my room. I was told to go to one entrance, but when I did that it was a long way to my room. The room had no lock on the door and the window shades would not go all the way down. I asked for a new room and they have me a room that already had someone in it. I went back to the front desk and was given a new room that was acceptable. In the first room, before heading to desk I tried to call the front desk and I let it ring 20 times and they wouldn't pick up. While I was at the desk the phone rang and they ignored it.

Cheapest option in area, but got what paid for. Receptionist was extremely cold! Would have preferred a kiosk over the gal that maintained a phone call on speaker throughout my checkin process. If other options, better go elsewhere. Otherwise it worked for a night.

We had a horrible stay. The front desk was unhelpful when our upstairs neighbors stomped all night, we had dogs barking in the hall ways, and there was no concern for customer service. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Staff was rude. Room was unclean. Would not recommend even for 60 bucks a night. Service animal policy is a joke.

Staff was unpleasant and rude. Staff announced my room number out loud in front of other guest. I viewed the assigned room which looked nothing like the photo and I immediately returned to the front desk to request a copy of my receipt. I refused to stay in a smelly and nasty environment. The property looked like a roach motel. My Expedia account can verify that I made another reservation at the Marriott hotel n the Country Club area.

The clean was not up poor the vending machine the snacks chips all outdated the maintenance inside the building the carpet they don't vacuum every visit I have been there was poor they really need to upgrade the rooms more better sanitize they don't do in the rooms throughout the whole stay they really need to get it together inside the rooms I don't most of them doesn't work properly just throughout the whole building on the inside need a makeover clean properly and sanitize it shouldn't be that way but it is they need to clean and some workers to come clean cuz they do not clean I visit the hotel several times no vacuum food all over the floor in the hallway chips and everything cups paper all the visit there they really need to get it together
