Room was roomy clean and pleasant. Hotel was in very good condition. The only problem we had was we decided we needed to stay over another night. We stopped at the desk after spending the day in icu at the hospital. Talked to the desk clerk, who checked the computer and told us she couldn't do anything till after 3am. Told us there wouldn't be a problem staying over and we would be able to keep the same room. We we're told to come around breakfast time and they could set it up for us to stay over. Went to the front desk at the correct time and was told the hotel was completely booked, and they could not accommodate us as i had been told. We had no choice but to get rooms elsewhere.

Debbie, the staff at check-in, was fantastic and took extra time to help connect me to my Choice options and made me feel so welcome. To be honest, a number of electrical plugs in the room did not work, but because Debbie was so warm and friendly, it did not negatively impact my overall rating of my stay. Kindness matters. Also the pool and hot tub were very nice!

This hotel was fine for my two night stay. The room smelled a bit musty when I first went in and it kept smelling that way any time I was away for a significant period of time and returned.Had a decent breakfast in the mornings and they kept it restocked to the end of the serving time. It's advertised as adjacent to a shopping center but the center is closed down. Other food options and shopping are nearby, further north.

Ive stayed here in pass but this hotel has really went down Heather front desk clerk is very prejudice move to three rooms first two.dirty then third room only to wake up to.bed bugs im very disappointed and staff states can't do nothing cause of a holiday weekend and I booked through third party Im very disappointed can't wait until Tuesday I will nevdr stay again. to call corporate company

The Common areas the carpet is very very rundown stained dirty needs replaced. The key cards did not work for the room. We had to go to the front desk to get lit in every time. The cleaning staff doesn’t outstanding job. Also, the breakfast area They do a great job.

Smelly rooms. Had one that smelled like cigar and got moved to another that smelled like dirty feet. Staff was super friendly though. Breakfast was what you could expect. Nothing fancy, but typical Comfort Inn quality. Not a total mess, but not the cleanest. Water in the shower was meh… mind you the place was packed. Overall you could make it work, but if you need something that lacks interesting room smells check out another spot.
