Inexpensive place with friendly staff
This is an extremely budget friendly place and you get what you pay for. There's little privacy, you'll pay to use the kitchen, it's pretty dirty, and it's far from the center, but if what you need is a cheap spot, look no further! On the plus side, the staff was friendly, it's not far from the big Buddha overlooking the city and the wifi worked great.

Nice clean hostel close to city center
Very nice and clean hostel close to city center and bus station (10min. walk). Nice budhist temple 100 m from the hostel. Hostel has nice terrace with good view. It is very good choice to accomodate in Kandy
