Forza is walkable from all attractions and train stations. Bus fr Kanazawa station stops right in front if hotel which was great as it was pouring rain when we arrived. Large and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

The property is approximately 15 mins. walk from Kanazawa train station. While it is not very far, having to walk with luggages in 90 degree heat with extreme humidity can be very tiring. Other than the slight distance from the station, the hotel is very clean and new. We stayed in a room with 2 king beds and we had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed is nice and firm, and they gave two pillows per person. My favorite part of this hotel is the LG clothes steamer and the heavenly full body shower. I also like the fact that there’s an underground stairs right in front of the hotel that leads you to the mall with shops and restaurants. This came in handy when it started raining. I will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kanazawa!

A bit small for 4 of us but very clean and very convenient and easy walk to the hotel from the main train station. Clean and nice and helpful staff.

Hotel was 1 min walk away from omicho market, and has many dinning and shopping options. Room was also very spacious and comfortable . However, WiFi, TV and one of the key was not operative. Informed WiFi and tv situation to staff, but nothing was offered other than apology.

We really enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations. The room was big. The beds were big and comfortable. The bath tub and shower were amazing. There’s a feet massager in the room. Great location, close to Omicho Market and shops. Checking in was a breeze with high technology service. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided welcome drinks and free self service coffee in the lobby. Highly recommended!

My heartful appreciation to the front desk. I lost my tablet at my last hotel at Toyama. The staff here helped me to contact the hotel at Toyama and arranged the courier delivery service. All I needed to do was just to pay the courier fee and my tablet arrived at my hand the next day. Thank you so much Forza. Certainly I will recommend Forza to my friends and I will also consider to stay again in my next visit to Kanazawa.
