The hotel location is so good with only 5 minutes to the train station. Good facilities in the hotel. So many good stores within the station and close by. So many good attractions within 30 to 40 minute walk or buses from station. We were happy we decided to go to Kanazawa and stay at the hotel.

We got a non-smoking room. Needless to say, it had a very strong smell of smoke. It made it hard to enjoy the stay and sleep through the smell. If you’re sensitive to smoke or have kids, don’t come here.

Love this hotel a lot in terms of easy access fm Kanazawa station. Love especially the neck/spine protect pillow which you can actually buy fm the hotel! 😝

Nice, clean hotel. However, very outside of the normal neighbourhood - no restaurants nearby. If visiting Kanzawa for sightseeing, do not stay here. Stay at a place on the east side of the station.

Excellent accomodation
This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 5 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future.

Don’t let the name “Premier” mislead you. There is nothing premier about it except for the size of the room. We purposely picked a larger room but the bathroom is very tight, so tight that they could not put a hairdryer in there. There were only Japanese channels on the TV. The bed and pillows were very hard and made our backs ached from sleeping on them.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The train station is massive and architecturally magnificent. The room is very good and comparable in size with NA hotel room.
