3 different times the cleaning staff knocked and walked in even though we had a do not disturb sign up and didn’t request cleaning service. One of the days I was feeling very sick and just needed to sleep while my family was out. It was very frustrating and invading. I chose this location because of the fun looking pool for my grandson to play in and for the spa tub. We had to go ask the staff to turn on the waterfall and they never got the jets to work right in the spa tub. The pool has a nice shallow area for little kids and was fun once it was turned in. The breakfast has several good options.

Sofa mattress past sell by date.
Paid extra for sofa bed. Mattress was well past its sell by date. Springs dug into back and could not sleep on it. I reported in my check in survey but no one reached out to me. Would like refund on the difference of a two queen and two queen with sofa bed. Everything else was great but not getting a good nights rest defeats the purpose of being a hotel.

We will definitely be returning! Clean and comfy. Gated dog park made our vacation a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location!!! Bed, bedding, and pillows were super cozy. AC worked better than a 5 star hotel! Soda shoppe next door was a sweet treat. Satisfying continental breakfast. Only suggestions I have is to improve the selections available at the onsite mini store.
