🌺 Enjoy a beautifully furnished, newly available townhome in the Mauna Lani Resort where tropical birds and wildlife abound in the lush garden setting. This townhome has its own gated courtyard and lives like a private home. As you enter through the homes courtyard, you are met with a sun-filled tropical landscape that leads to the front door. This intentional design is one of many found throughout this townhouse that offers a place to sit and enjoy the environment.

Once through the double doors you will enter into a bright and spacious living room with wood floors, one-of-a-kind-art, large smart flat screen TV, and high end designer furniture. The living room has one of four private lanai's that lead to outdoor entertaining spaces including dining and BBQ.

The Islands community is bordered by the 15th and 16th fairways of the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course and minutes to the private owners Kaanapali Beach Club and restaurant. Guests have the option to drive to the beach club and use the private access card to enter for free parking or enjoy a stroll through the ancient ponds that lead to the Beach Club. From the home, guests can take a short walk through the ancient Hawaiian trails to the native fish ponds and cabanas and beach.

Minutes from world class golf at the Mauna Lani courses and walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and dining make this vacation rental ideal for those who want to waste no time in a car. Guests can also take a short drive to Hapuna beach and the Mauna Kea Resort, the Kings shopping center and Hilton Waikoloa resort and more.

A cooks heaven is found in the newly renovated kitchen with state of the art appliances, that include a new stainless steel sink, stove top, oven and microwave. The new sparkling white quartz counter tops and white glass backsplash united with beautiful blue cabinets, setting an appetite to cook the moment groceries are unloaded. This spacious kitchen overlooks the dining room with a counter bar for lucky guests who sit and relax as they watch a meal's preparation.

A set of stairs just past the kitchen and next to the guest bathroom, laundry room and garage entrance, lead to a landing where a cozy nook embraces a trundle bed that sleeps two.

Wonderful two weeks on the Big Island
My husband and I loved every minute of our stay on the island and this property was certainly a contributing factor to our enjoyment. It was spacious, nicely maintained and appointed and very comfortable. Full size supplies in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were much appreciated. Plenty of towels and paper products, as well. Beach equipment provided was in great shape (which is often not the case). The property manager was also great and communicated well with us. The Beach Club you have access to as part of your stay was fabulous and we went there a lot. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Beach Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the property, and would love to return again! Donna was communicative and attentive prior to our arrival, and during as well. The home is clean, tidy and perfect for a family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal--a very close walk to the pool (which was awesome for kids and families). And the grassy backyard was just a treat! Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to return again!

Amazing home and location!
Where to start- The home was beautifully furnished, beds were heaven, and the neighborhood quiet, clean, serene. The private beach club was the star of the show, with snorkeling, beach, cabanas, and views. The extras were noteworthy- snorkel gear and chairs, and the stairs to the bedroom need to be given six stars- nice, deep stairs!

Fantastic Property, Better Host.
This condo on the Mauna Lani property was perfect for a family of six! We are a tennis family so we enjoyed the proximity to the tennis and fitness center (you have to buy a weekly or monthly membership). The furniture was high-quality, and there were great gathering places for family, meals, and movies, as well as quiet places on the balconies. Highly recommend!

Nice place but unexpected charge of $700 plus
Property and location were great, however the property manager billed us over $700 at the end of our stay over a dispute with respect to the wifi. We didn’t have proper wifi and are expected to pay the bill for this inconvenience. Property manager was misleading not telling us of this charge until we returned home. Poorly managed by the property manager. Unfortunate way to end our stay.

Beautiful Home
This home is beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous neighborhood. Having 2 huge master bedrooms was perfect for my family of 4. The full size kitchen was convenient as we made breakfast most mornings and ate out the rest of the day. I would only suggest they buy a non stick pan set, since stainless steel is a pain. The bathrooms are a tad dated and the fridge, carpets n flooring were older but all felt clean. We enjoyed our stay. Also it was so convenient doing all of our laundry before packing up to head home! Donna was very nice and always quick to respond.

We’ve stayed at The Islands complex once before, but liked this unit even better. The grounds are beautiful! The location can’t be beat and the beach club parking/access is so handy! Family Vacation
The Islands property is in a great locaton, close to the fitness center (though you most likely need to purchase a membership) and trail to the beach. The property is spacious and really lovely decor. We like having both an upstairs and a downstairs so that we can enjoy balconies and grassy areas. This property has a lovely grassy area to enjoy!
