"Pankor Laut is the sort of place you dream about when you think of paradise, a rainforested island with white sand beaches, over sea villas and perfectly managed grounds. What makes Pankor Laut so special is the staff, every one has a smile and a genuine desire for everyone to have the best possible experience while with them. "Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift. Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist. No disposable or any sandal was provided by hotel. Bfast was satisfactory."
