*New Listing*Perfect for couples or small families, this unit is located in Kalbarri Western Australia. Centrally located, it is within easy walking distance to town, Chinaman's beach and Finlay's Seafood Restaurant.

This relaxed villa features two comfortable patio area's to relax in while not exploring. Free parking at both the front and rear of the property.
Inside, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and split system air conditioning.
The living area has plenty of seating, with the sofa converting to a fold out bed to allow for extra guests. A flat screen tv, ceiling fan and split system air conditioner are also features in the living area.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave and electric grill. You can also utilise the private courtyard BBQ to cook up a relaxed holiday meal.
The generous bathroom/ laundry room has a shower and separate toilet.
A 2 night minimum booking is required.
Please note that all bedding and towelling is provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Chinaman's Beach. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the villa.

Kalbarri 2 nights pet friendly

Nice tidy clean and compact property. Comfortable beds and a cuppa was all we really needed to visit beautiful Kalbarri on our way back from Broome with my schnoodle. It felt safe to leave the dog in the yard and we were able to park the car behind a fence for safety.

Great location really clean

Our bed was comfy but I wouldn’t recommend anyone older than 10 sleeping on the sofa bed as it sinks in the middle. Bathroom super clean and love the shower size and head but no shelf in the shower so picking up soap or shampoo from the floor isn’t ideal. No wifi so byo connection. Couches are comfy and kitchen has everything you need-tea and coffee is a lovely addition! Only a short walk to town and Chinaman’s Beach and is next to the school so kids loved using the basketball court and oval as it was school holidays. Great location. It’s perfect for a family with younger kids or a couple. Brilliant we could bring our dog and both front and back areas are gated.

Needs work but will get a good night sleep

Dead cockroach found in fold out couch while.setting up bed for kids, gas hobs are faulty and dangerous, when we arived it smelled like someone had had a poo in the livingroom, gross brown splatter on walls in master bedroom. Was informed all linen was supplied yet only enough for 2. Had to split linen to bed the kids. Shower screen is falling apart. Aside.from all this it was a nice place to sleep.

GREAT CENTRAL UNIT

this is a great little unit and central to Kalbarri itself. I did fix the back door as it rattled with the wind and we did have a lot of wind for the first few days but its all good now. The unit is well presented and the owner is reachable and very helpful. The gas did play up a bit with the water but with a bit of giggling of the switches it was sorted which I let the owner know and he was getting it checked The only other comment is that having a dog I had to keep one of the doors open so he could go in and out so perhaps a doggy door would be helpful for the future. As I was on my own I didnt use the back patio much but its great for a couple or a group of 4 people to have a few spaces separate from each other. Would definitely recommend

Short stay in Kalbarri

Well equipped unit located within walking distance of the town, river and Chinamans beach. Very comfortable outdoor areas - fully covered and enclosed - perfect for our little dog to explore and for us to sit and relax even in the rain. Short walk to the school oval where kangaroos played morning and evening. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This cute and cosy property is in a great location, walking distance to all town amenities, and is conveniently fitted out with all you need for a self-contained stay. Dog friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay again.

Great, comfortable spot for a small family in Kalbarri! Good heat / ac, well equipped for an easy stay. Walking distance to the beach and stores, across the field to the best restaurant in town., No wifi, so make sure you have your own connection.

Excellent location close to the beach/shops/oval/bar. Owner is quick to respond to all queries and really accommodating. Cosy little house with everything you need + beautifully renovated bathroom. Awesome outdoor area to kick back and lots of parking around the back. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay and unwind with our dog in Kalbarri.

Great option with furkids

We stayed a few nights in this one bedroom villa. The little courtyards were great for our dogs. The premises were clean and well equipped. We had problems with the hot water system, maybe there was a knack to it that we didn't have. Garrick was responsive to messages and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly couple accomodation

5 day trip and needed pet friendly accommodation for our staffy with room for a boat. Lots of nice homely touches and 5 minute walk to town if that. Able to park ute and boat out back as off peak. In busier times could still park out front. Nice private fenced sitting areas, one out back and one out front.Really enjoyed the morning and evenings out there and the dog could be out with us and not escape..Clean, air-conditioned, really well appointed with everything you need. As only one bedroom, suits couple. Would stay again.Thanks again
