We checked in and went to our room only to find that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor, bedding a mess, etc. Got transferred to another room. When we were getting ready for bed, we went to adjust the night shades and the entire system fell down on us.

The daily free breakfast, with host Flo, is outstanding. The desk staff is super helpful. There are great restaurants nearby. This hotel meets all my needs: clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This property has taken $600 from me on top of the room charge, saying that I broke a tv in my room. My daughter and I stayed one night and definitely did not break the tv. They now have not communicated back to me, but have taken $600, without any communication, even. Claims they have an honest staff, however they are unrightfully charging me.

Staff was friendly and no major issues. Although newer, property showing some age. Blind was out of the track..does not seem to be centered well. Shower had been poorly caulked over. Pancake machine not working and bathroom floor a bit sticky.

Person at desk didn’t hardly understand English. Shows there’s a pool, was closed and wasn’t notified until check in. Bathroom floor hasn’t been wet mopped, very dirty. As well as shower floor. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not even close to being worth $188.00 a nite. Very disappointed

Delightful check in with Turkish receptionist student who is working at desk for short time while perfecting English language skills. Room was very large and clean except that the shower needs caulking; apparent mold where shower pan meets back wall.
