The Space:
Experience the perfect city beach holiday in our renovated detached house, complete with a garden and terrace. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends, this property is the perfect getaway all year round.
Relax in the comfortable seating area with a sofa bed and TV, and enjoy cooking delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The house has four bedrooms, three with double beds and a fourth with two single beds for young guests. The bedrooms connect directly to the living room and bathroom without a corridor, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The living room and two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, while one of the bedrooms features a ceiling fan.

sehr gute Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend dicht am Strand und einer Bushaltestelle zur Innenstadt, die man jedoch auch zu Fuß gut erreichen kann (2-3 km an der Promenade mit vielen Fischrestaurants und Tavernen entlang). Bäcker und Supermarkt sind 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist sauber, voll ausgestattet und hat einen schönen, innenliegenden Garten mit viel Deko. Die Betten sind groß und haben sehr gute Matratzen. Ein Nachteil ist allerdings, dass die Räume aneinandergereiht sind und man durch ein Schlafzimmer gehen muss, um in das nächste zu kommen. Außerdem roch es auf der hinteren Terrasse zeitweise stark nach Heizöl, dem konnte man aber auf der vorderen Terrasse ausweichen. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir (Ehepaar mit 2 erwachsenen Söhnen) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
