Great place great location

Very clean well equipped one bedroom unit. I love Kona and prefer to avoid renting a vehicle. This place allows you to walk all over Kona town and visit your favorite places. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Great home away from home in amazing location

This VRBO was located in the perfect spot especially for anyone visiting without renting a car. We could get to all the shops and restaurants easily, the apartment was cozy and had all the amenities you could need, the host was super responsive and it felt like an island respite.

Excellent location

I went for the Ironman. The nearest location to the event is the most important for me. This apartment is very good located. Walking distance to the pier and, restaurants and supermarket. The owner is very friendly.

Excellent location

This condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfy bed and quality linens. The decor was beautiful, I was able to read a couple of books the owner left for guests' enjoyment. Internet connection was good, we were able to easily work during our stay. We were welcomed with wine, coffee, snacks and some cooking essentials. The lanai was perfect for al fresco dining, the BBQ area easy to access and has a comfortable sitting area to relax while grilling. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

First VRBO

Time share owners that wanted a different experience that got us an “in village” opportunity that we can’t get with our network. This property is everything advertised and we enjoyed it. Kailua walking experience is very achievable from this property. Parking is great and secure in an underground area. We plan to come back to this property soon.

Awesome location, super clean, great place!

We loved staying in this unit. We have stayed at this complex before and the location is awesome if you want to be in walking distance of all the touristy shopping, restaurants, nightlife, farmers market, and an easy slip into the water;) This unit was SO CLEAN and just really nicely updated. It was very well stocked. We were used to having to buy more during our stays and did not have to do that this time. The lanai is big and great for dinners/lounging/etc. we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Woulda booked it for March, but it was already taken! Haha!

Great Stay

Ground floor/parking deck location. No steps to unit. Elevator on site. Owners Terry & Penny are easy to work with from booking to check in process. Central location to downtown and the main tourist area. Walkable to a lot of spots. Underground parking keeps the car cool. Unit is stocked with everything needed to start your stay - just add groceries. In unit washer/dryer is a great plus. Work area with printer and solid WiFi. Lanai is outfitted for comfort and dining with a cute fountain. View out the lanai is of Pancho & Lefty’s, which is worth a visit. No pesky coqui or chicken noise, but garbage day is 7 am Friday below the unit - fyi. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Happy New Year 2023!!

My wife and I came to Kona for some much needed R & R after a long trying year. This condo is PERFECT !! Location, amenities, great hosts (Terry and Penny), my wife and I had such a good time! Close to restaurants (Try Poncho & Lefty's!) Friday prime rib is wonderful, Close to shopping, stores, vacation excursions (don't need a car), this place is amazing! We hated to leave, but we will be back !!

Great condo!

Perfect location! I stayed at this condo for Ironman. It was less than 10min walk to the pier. Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean. The condo has central A/C, fast wifi, & comfortable beds. Property manager was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Centrally located. Next time I return I won’t rent a car. Everything was within walking distance! Great shops, great restaurants, great time. Glad I stayed two weeks instead of just one.

Location and Condo amenities - ideal to experience Kona

We were very satisfied with the Condo amenities - completely set up for self contained stay. Main amenities included - comfortable bed, laundry, cooking needs, sofa area, etc. We were pleased to experience the many other details such as decoration, kitchen details (blender, spices, paper towels and more) and condo size. The Lanai was enjoyable for early morning coffee - something we can't do back home! The location was ideal to experience Kona and the ocean with it's many changes from high to low tide - a short 3 minute walk. A swimming beach is nearby. The many restaurants, coffee shops, food stores and tourism shops a short walk away were a joy. We rented a car for part of our stay to experience the island, walked and used the local trolley to experience Ali'i Drive. All in all - the condo very much satisfied our needs during our stay

Convenient but noisy location!

Nice accommodations, centrally located..but construction within the complex and traffic on side road are noisy! Patio was nice but too much traffic to enjoy sitting outside. Construction should be noted in the online reservation, jack hammering was unbearable!
