Really value for money Ryokan!
This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!

プール目的で夏休みの中学生の子供たちを連れて行きました。正直期待せずに伺いましたが、さすが北陸のホテル。立派でした。プールは9時から17時までとの事で、早めに到着してプール、温泉を利用させて頂き、翌日もチェックアウトが12時なので、翌朝もプールに入れました。気になったのはレストランでの箸やフォークナイフが濡れていたり、水滴が乾いた染みが沢山あったのがマイナス点。比較的満足でした。

リーズナブルに楽しめました
一人で利用させていただきました。ホテルの方の対応はとても親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。周囲にはあまり観光名所はなかったですが、ホテルの中にカラオケもありゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。

湯快リゾートグループは全てお勧めしません
湯快リゾートグループは利用しない方がいいですよ。 設備が古い、ご飯が美味しくないことは安いので仕方ないと思いますが、お客さまへのおもてなしの精神が全くありません。 従業員の態度が悪過ぎて、不快になる滞在でした。 9月22日(火)14:45加賀温泉駅発の送迎バスで置いて行かれました。 また、同時刻に山中山代温泉方面の送迎を行うバス運転手がさらに酷い。予約したバスに置いていかれて困っている私に、電話で対応したフリをして、私に「ここは駐車場で危険なのであちらでお待ちください」と私を遠のけておいて、自分のバスを発車させ去って行きました。 お客さまに嘘をついて何もない駅で一人で待たせる、ありえない対応を受けたのですが、送迎バス運転手からの謝罪や、当人の処分、当人への教育はないのでしょうか。 ホテル到着後、ホテル側から事情聴取が行われた上で、謝罪と再発防止策の提示があると思っていたが何もありません。 本件を問題視しておらず、再発防止する気がないようです。 お客さま商売をやっていて、お客さまとのトラブルに対して「何もしない」ということはありえないと思います。 なぜこのようなことが起こったのか、誰のミスなのかははっきりさせないと、また他のお客さまを不快にさせてしまうと思います。 バスの予約変更を受けたオペレーターがその先どのような手順でホテル運転手に変更を伝えるのか知らないのですが、誰かが何かミスをした結果お客さまを不快にさせたことは明らかです。 そして、本件のミスに関わらず、私にあり得ない失礼な態度を取った山中・山代温泉方面の運転手は、サービス業に従事しているorしていないに関わらず、人として最低なことをしているので、処分あるいはお客さま対応に関する徹底的な再教育が必要だと思います。 次の3点について組織として対応が必要だと思いましたので、提言しましたが、宿泊から1週間経っても連絡はありません。 1. 誰のミスでお客さまの置き去りが発生したのか、オペレーターからの伝達に不備があったのか、などの原因調査 2. そのミスは今後どうすれば防げるのか、再発防止策の策定 3. 運転手の処分/指導内容の決定 湯快リゾートグループは二度と使用しません。皆さんもお気をつけください。不快な思いをする可能性が大いにあります。
