The International Colony Club is a charming Hawaiian plantation style property located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside. This low-density complex of 40 single-family cottages is the perfect place to completely unplug and relax, or treat as your home base for all the adventures and activities West Maui has in store. ICC offers two heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and is also just a short walk away from the Kahekili or (Airport) Beach Park area. Swim with tropical fish and sea turtles directly off the beach nearby.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Paradise Retreat
This amazing property exceeded my expectations! I stayed at this facility the previous year and that home was a far cry from this newly renovated and nicely appointed home. The spaciousness and comfortable layout made it functional and easy for my extended family.
