Heated Toilet Seat with bidet function and Tower shower with Massage jets in the Master Bedroom. King Size bed in Master Bedroom and Queen size Sofa bed with orthopedic mattress and 4" mattress topper for extra comfort in the living room. 2 flat screens TV's ( Living room and Bedroom). Fully Furnished balcony with ceiling fen. Monthly rent includes electric, water, Comcast Internet and Basic Cable. No Smoking/No Pets. Hurricane shutters on all windows. Unit located on the 3rd floor (4 floors building). No steps to climb!!! (see pictures). There is an outside bike storage area in the building (bikes are not included). Key-less entry-in the unit. You can still use your keys, or just enter a pass code to open a door.
Please note: no trucks can be parked on the property.
