I am a recovering paraplegic. The staff service was excellent. The ladies in the breakfast area were outstanding! they even offered to load my plate and carry it and silverware to my table. i did not ask, they just volentered. Our second year in a row to stay there while on hunting trip. Of course we will be back again.

Wiped up some water on the floor and the towel came up dirty. It made me feel like i needed to wear my black socks to keep my feet clean. We accidentally reserved a handicap room and loved the step-in shower. Everything else seemed great.

We had a great stay at this property. The breakfast was amazing, probably better than any expensive place we have stayed at. Only con is our bed was very firm..took me awhile to get comfortable.

The first room we were given after a long drive in from El Paso was not cleaned. In fact, it appeared that someone still had their clothes on the desk. We refused to enter in the event that the tenant was. In the shower or something. The clerk super quickly changed our room. She was great. Very accommodating.
