We're a duplex, this property is on the east with your separate parking, private entrance, patio and yard embraced by expansive desert vistas and under a canvas of stars, your private oasis beckons. Our eco-conscious abode offers solar-powered living and thoughtful water conservation amidst High Desert landscapes, ensuring your stay harmonizes with nature’s rhythm. Step out into untouched beauty for soul-stirring walks or unwind in your secluded yard—a sanctuary perfect for yoga or stargazing. While you revel in solitude, rest assured that we are centrally located, 8 minutes to JTNP and civilization’s comforts are mere minutes away, with local culture, dining, and natural wonders within easy reach.

My home is also your oasis. Feel free to enjoy the yard and patio just outside your front door (a very nice hang out and a great outdoor yoga space too), make sure to stargaze at night, we are in a very low light area with very few houses around. We will send you the private door code prior to your arrival after checkin at 3:00pm.

I'm in a rural, very quiet and very little populated area which feels very Joshua Tree expansive and beautiful, on a dirt road, with the feeling of being very far out there but close to the JT Village. 5 minute drive to the Joshua Tree Village, Noah Purafoy, 8 minutes drive Joshua Tree Park/National Monument, 13 minute drive to Pappy and Harriets, 20 minutes to Integratron and 20 to 29 Palms. Walk right out the door for a walkabout through the beautiful High Desert and our sparse neighborhood, you'll feel like you are far away from civilization but close to the Joshua Tree Village, the Joshua Tree Park/National Monument, eateries, art, shopping and all you could want!

1 1/2 miles to the Joshua Tree Village where there are Restaurants, Artists Shops, Galleries, Adventure Store, Natural Food Market, Saturday Farmers Market, nightlife, the world famous beatnik lounge, and the Joshua Tree Saloon. Pioneer Town and Pappy and Harriet's is 14 miles. 1 1/4 Miles from the main Highway and 1 1/2 miles to the middle of the Joshua Tree Village. Integratron is 16 miles, Joshua Tree Park Visitors center is 1 1/2 miles and it's a 7 mile drive to the Joshua Tree Park's West entrance.

You will feel like you are way off the grid via a dirt road, but very close to everything Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, 29 Palms and Yucca Valley, all areas you'd like to visit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
For compliance the responsible booking person will sign a Rental Agreement. After booking you'll receive a link to complete. I appreciate your time and efforts with this process.

GETTING TO MY PLACE
You will travel a mile up from the highway to Sunburst to Dennis which becomes a dirt road (where we all experience our first ahhhh getting off the beaten path). All cars are safe on the dirt roads.

CLEANING / SANITIZATION
Heath, safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Self-check-in is also employed to avoid unnecessary person-to-person contact, you'll get check in instructions morning of arrival.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the keypad of the entrance door of the property, and covering the front driveway of the property.

WEATHER
It's heating up! Bring hats and sunscreen, plan on your outside time being earlier in the day and drink more water than you thing you'll need, once you are feeling thirsty, you're already dehydrated.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
In all of Joshua Tree, properties use a Septic System for waste. Please do not discard ANYTHING in the sinks (i.e. no food waste, cooking oils, etc. down kitchen sink) or toilet (other than the provided toilet paper). Following this policy will help avoid problems with the plumbing.

In case you're wondering about the cost, besides the nightly rate I charge a Community Fee of $105 per stay.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
