HORRID customer service
Hotels dot com sent me an email with a link to get to the hotel. We were in a foreign state in an unfamiliar city and the hotel was not where the link took us. There with no support from the hotels dot com (phone or chat were ignored) and we had no address for the hotel, just an intersection that was exits away up the highway.

Christmas travel with our four legged children
Very clean, quiet and organized. Check in was great, and they accommodated us with a room close to the stairs for our dogs. Breakfast was good and had a great variety. The room was very clean and lots of pillows. Would definitely stay their again.

All the staff was very friendly. The room was nice, and as a person that has balance issues, I appreciated the bathroom and shower arrangement, especially having a shower and not a tub. We really enjoyed the breakfast, many choices, hot and cold. The person that was taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly and she made sure fresh food was always put out, she was doing a great job.

The chairs and room was kind of worn out. The shower is at 5 feet making it difficult to take head shower, the toilet was cramped and sliding door makes it very difficult. The walls are so thin that you can hear anyone whispering in next room. We had a rough sleep with kids Nextdoor and they were awake until 1:00 am and kept hearing the parents screaming with the kids. The lady at front desk was super nice and so does the lady serving the breakfast.

Our stay was great!! Didn't have much noise except for highway traffic (I-44). We were only there for one night, went to a concert at Downstream on Friday night 11/22/24 and didn't want to drive back to AR afterwards.
