Walkthrough: Designated guest parking area with private walkway and entrance to the guest suite. Enter into the open concept dining room, living room, and well equipped kitchen. Dining table with seating for 4. One bedroom and bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor, second bedroom at the top of the stairs. Walk through the second bedroom and into the huge game room containing a foosball table, air hockey table, and king sized bed along with access to the theatre room and second full size bathroom.

Follow the pavers from the suite entrance to the large pool, patio, lounge, and hot tub area and get busy relaxing!

As this home is brand new, there will be more pics to come in the spring when landscaping is completed and heated pool is opened (planning on mid March - Mid October depending on weather).
