Our room was perfect. Everything is clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was full. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely stay here again.

My mother was having ascending thoracic aorta aneurysm surgery requiring an extended stay. We were completely impressed with the customer service at this Residence Inn location in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Staff helped us book a longer stay due to circumstances at a great rate. The hotel staff was kind and courteous refreshing our room daily always offering their help with all our necessities. The room was comfortable, clean, and sheets were fresh. Lots of outlets for charging devices in each room, iron, iron board, and a hairdryer. Breakfast has a variety of choices with different options each morning. Clean dining area. Coffee isn’t offered all day but that’s not a deal breaker for us. Pool could’ve been cleaner but there was construction nearby and may have contributed to the film on the surface. Free laundry room with TV for entertainment during the wait and not to worry about quarters was a nice amenities.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. We had a studio so plenty of room with a full kitchen and living room. Used the free laundry room and a great morning breakfast. Numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The property itself seemed well maintained and clean. Our only issue was noise. we were on the fist floor and there were some "heavy walkers" above us. We also heard a small dog bark several times but we were asked if we would be ok with an adjoining room. my mistake. Overall a comfortable stay.
