When I arrived staff was extremely rude! After he handed me the key to my room he told me the elevator was not working. As he made the comment he turned away as if I was not still standing there. I understand things happen but I saw an elderly couple having a hard time due to the elevators did not work and NO one offered any help. The next morning the maids were extremely nice but were very tired due to having to carry bags of lunch back and forth up and down the stairs! One maid told me the elevator has been down several weeks and no one made a point to rush getting it fixed. The service was NOT good at all. The ladies during breakfast were upset with some of the kids who were just playing being kids. They had maybe two that spoke and interacted with the guest. It was horrible.

Everyone was so nice! When I arrived they told me elevator was down, which was not good since I had surgery on my foot last week. However, I knew it was no one’s fault! So, all the customers complaining I, myself put a stop to that! I also saw them give customers 10% off. I don’t think I got one?

Great hotel to stay in! Staff was approacable and knowledgeable! Hotel is easy to get to from expressway. Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have hot food options for individuals that don't eat pork or are vegetarians.

There was roadwork…so hard to access, but rooms were clean. Bed was slightly wallowed, but lots of pillows and most importantly, CLEAN. Breakfast was actually good at this one.

Check in was told I had to pay deposit yes it was refunded but 150 was a little much. Then was told the cable was out it didn’t come back on till 3am the next morning. The only good thing was the pool it wasn’t crowded and my daughter made friend.
