Tiny room with little space.
The room was tiny and cramped. Not much place to place our stuff in the room. The toilet is also cramped but the water temperature from the shower is excellent.
No complaints at all. A smallish room but had all the amenities in good working condition and clean.
Also quiet. We took the room with a window. The window faced the main street but because of double layer of windows , the street sounds did not come through at all.
Very happy that the stay was comfortable and most importantly clean.
We were in Room 109 and unfortunately for the whole day on 1 April 2024, we were met with construction work next door. It was not only the buzzing and hacking that was annoying that forced us out of the room by 11am, but also the smell of paint that stuck throughout till 5pm when we came back. We had to resort to switching on the aircon all the way while we went out for dinner. The situation slightly improved but it still spoilt our mood. We have a video to show this but apparently we cannot attach as evidence here
This is my first stay at this hotel. First impression was bad. The main door was always lock (as a precaution for whatever reason you can guess) and I need to knock the glass panel to let the reception notice my present, to unlock the main door for my entry. Not sure is there any door bell.
Then, I don't get the welcome greeting from the reception who are sitting but instead got the tilted eyeballs staring at me while I am walking closer to the counter. And so I started the conversation. It seems like the customer service is relative bad.
Besides, I have no comment in the facility and environment as they are acceptable. Stay was pleasant although the room size is slightly bigger than a queen size bed. Not noisy, maybe my room is not near the window.
Overall, I would recommend other to stay at this hotel. All the food, shopping and drinking are just at walking distance.

Room very smelly, beside the smoking area is not a good idea,
Toilet room difficult to lock,
Poor sound insulation.
The unique point about this hotel is that even though it is only a low rise building,it does provide elevator for guests.This is not usually found at other hotels which are 3 storeys buildings only.Super convenience!
I like most is the feeling of confines when am in the room eventhough my room is without windows. But, what I most dislike about the hotel is the receptionist who entertain my queries on cancellation procedure as I am double book my stay.
