Comfort stay for a family of 3
Clean and spacious room. Didn't have to request for extra bed or bring a sleeping bag as the service staff would set up the sofa bed with sheets and provide extra pillow and blanket. Property is conveniently located just above the mall and there is a durian stall in front of the property ❤️ Great choice for a family of 3 👍

Great location near sutera mall
Great stay for family! Choose 2 single beds room for bigger bed instead of king size. Lots of activities for children age less than 12 years old. They prepare for a birthday cake for my son too! Great service.

Spacious Clean Room & Convenient Location
Room was clean, spacious and floor area was quiet, 17th floor. Conveniently connected to Paradigm mall where you have everything at one place, don't have to go anywhere. Nice pool, 24 hr gym. No room dine in but have snacks that can be bought at the reception area, 24 hrs. Will visit again.

Inflexible property, it's my fault that I made the booking wrongly on the date. But they do not accept any change of date or top up to change the date, or any refund when they have available room for other dates. Utterly disappointed and disgusted by this property and hotel management. Will never stay here moving forward.
