Property is old and getting run down. Windows have broken seals so condensation comes in. Bath tubs/shower combo are not easy to get into. Old plastic deep jetted tube sits pretty high.

Great shower - very clean
This hotel is quite clean. It is a bit of an older facility, so it is not "sparkling", but it is clean. The bathroom is good, with a terrific shower and good hot water. I will stay here again if needed.

The whole inside of the building had a strange "odor" to it. Our room definitely smelled like someone had been smoking in it although I had specifically asked & was told the property is smoke-free. The desk in the room had giant cuts of some kind in it so I was unable to do work at the desk & chose instead to use my lap to write etc. Also there were 5 of us booked for this room (even though only 3 made it) and there was one roll of toilet paper to go around. Staff was very unfriendly. Not mean, just NOT friendly at all. A smile would go a long way!

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and the man at the front counter tried to hand me a plunger. I told him my wife and I would be out all day and he said he would have someone look at it. That didn’t happen, so I took the plunger and still couldn’t get it unclogged. They finally sent someone up while we were at dinner. The breakfast was terrible. An open tub of butter and peanut butter for the toast or bagels. The eggs were powered and it was really bad. We won’t stay there again.

I didn't like 1 soap in bathroom, no shampoo, 1/2 roll toilet paper and dirty towel on back of door. What I enjoyed was the coffe and the breakfast. The biscuit and gravey was real good. They had oatmeal but there was no sign so people didn't know it was there.over, nice stay

The pictures posted did not match what the rooms actually looked like. There was stains on the carpet, the windows were filthy, the bathroom was horrendous, dirty towels, shower looked so old it looked dirty and orange (walls were supposed to be off white. I took pictures. But worse of all was there were spiders. We sprayed Off hoping to keep them only at the windows…when I woke up there were dead baby cockroaches on the sill. Oh! And there was no flat sheet on the beds, only comforters. Appalled! I used to be a chambermaid so I asked the front desk to bring me clean towels and cleaning solution. She towels looked used and they brought up sanitizer spray, not cleaning. I will never stay here or at another Comfort Suite again. If anyone is interested in seeing pictures, please let me know. I’ll share. I was highly disappointed being it was $400 a night!

Was displaced by the hurricane Helene. I called to ask if they had discounts for displaced victims and was scoffed at. Hallway was full of water room was musty, trash all over the parking lot. Gravy was water. My favorite part is I sent this review to the hotel and I got a generic automatic email reply with no phone number or persons name. Wonderful.

When we made our reservation we were still traveling and did not realize it was after midnight. Our reservation actually booked for the next night instead of when we needed it. The clerk was incredibly helpful in getting it changed for us. Our room was clean and quiet. The area felt safe and had plenty of shopping and food nearby. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff at the desk were courteous.
