You have access to the entire apartment. We use a self check in method that allows you to check in at your convenience with no assistance from us. You will be required to complete a guest indemnity once your booking has been confirmed. If bookings are done on behalf of a third party, we will need the person to complete the indemnity form and also provide a copy of their Id before check in

There is minimal guest interaction since we use a simple self check in process. I'm always within reach on Airbnb messaging or phone call to answer your questions and to help make your stay pleasant and memorable.

We are Not a Serviced Apartment. The Apartment is Self-Catering; but to help get You Started we provide you with a small quantity of Coffee, Cremora & Sugar; as well as some Hand Soap, Dishwashing Liquid and a lined Kitchen Bin. 2 x Unused Rolls of Toilet Paper per Bathroom - We will replenish these Once a Week if your Stay is for Longer Than 7 days.

We have a stunning Housekeeping Team that will assist with cleaning on stays longer than 7 Nights. Please enquire with us, should you be in need of them. Kindly note that this service will be at an Additional charge of R300.00, payable directly to the Housekeeping Team.

The wines in the bottle rack are Not complimentary. You will have to pay if you drink them, a bottle costs R250.00
