Good stay for a quick stop over
Great hotel for a one night stay. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport and easy to catch the airport transportation van. You will need to walk behind the Intercontinental Hotel to get to the airport transfer van. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

Honestly it was disappointing. - It was actually quote far from the airport. - the concierge guy didn't seem to know what was going on. - the room smelt very strongly of paint, but too loud to open the windows. - the room service guy didn't know what was included in the meals. - the food was not very good. It was like school meals. - they forgot the wake-up call.

Room smelled of new paint, overbearing smell. Aircon did not work, could not switch to other room because aircon in other rooms do not work. On day 1 staff promised repair. On day 2 staff could not remember that there was a problem so no repair and no room to switch to. Food for breakfast was terrible. Dried out and crusty eggs, cold bacon with smoke kind of gelatin goo all over, hard fruit. We had 3 nights prepaid through hotels.com, we left after night 2 and paid for another hotel.

I arrived tired after ling trip to find my travel company hadn't submitted my reservation and they were fully booked. The staff went way out of their way to make sure i had a room. Hotel was lovely, efficient shuttle service to airport, food was great too. But the staff were so nice, even though the mixup wasn't their fault.
