A localização é boa e os funcionários muito prestativos. Porém o café da manhã é fraco. Mas o pior é que a piscina estava fechada . A gente não teria ficado lá se soubermos. É obrigação do hotel informar isso no sei site. Falta de consideração. Não ficaríamos novamente

Great location
This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.

The hotel location is half block of a busy beach, staff have poor customer service knowledge and lack of interest on assist the passenger, housekeeping never showed up in two days, amenities are available upon request, including a hairdryer.

Hotel maravilhoso. Fiquei com medo, pois vi muitos comentários negativos por aqui, porém superou minhas expectativas. Localização ótima, é perto de tudo, consegui ir andando até o bar do cuscuz e na feirinha de Tambaú. A vista da piscina é linda. Limpeza: Tudo limpo. No quarto tem uma plaquinha para colocar na porta caso queria limpeza no dia ou para não perturbar caso queira dormir até mais tarde. Há também um bilhete onde é possível escrever o que gostaríamos que a arrumadeira fizesse. Café da manhã: muitas opções. Além de que pode solicitar para fazer tapioca ou omelete.

Gostei do hotel, novo, boas instalações, entretanto o estacionamento deixa a desejar. Inicialmente me informaram que meu apartamento não teria direito a estacionamento (apesar de ter pesquisado no Hotéis.com hotéis com estacionamento). Posteriormente, me acomodaram no estacionamento do subsolo, cujo acesso é bem complicado.

João Pessoa fazia parte de um circuito de Praias que eu e minha Esposa iriamos conhecer no nordeste e escolhemos este hotel como base. Infelizmente na chegada nos deparamos com a recepção muito despreparada e com falta de informações basicas. O Hotel esta em reformas, nosso quarto ja estava reformado mas infelizmente não fizeram as melhorias nos banheiro que é bem apertado , ou seja, pessoas acima de 90kg sofrerão para tomar um banho que deveria ser tranquilo A limpeza foi boa e o café muito bom também!
