Enganação completa
As fotos dos anúncios são dos quartos virados para o mar. Primeira colocados em um quarto ridiculamente pequeno, muito diferente do qual contratamos pelo anúncio. Mudamos então para uma segunda suíte com uma bela vista para o muro, uma porta que batia no frigobar, o banheiro com janela para o corredor social e lençóis rasgados e sujos de sangue. O antende noturno efetuou a troca da roupa de cama e falou que providenciaria a troca de quarto para o que efetivamente reservamos no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte o atendente do novo turno falou que a troca não seria possível por estarem lotados, mas que poderiam alterar outras reservas frente a um pagamento de sobretaxa de 30%. Questionei a cobrança pois hotel em questão não tem variação de tarifas de acordo com os quartos, todos são o mesmo valor. O atendente então afirmou que essa era a informação passada pela gerência. São cobrados à parte, qualquer troca de roupa de cama antes da segunda diária. O que é ridículo para um hotel na beira da praia. O serviço de quarto também só pode ser solicitado após a segunda diária, e deeve ser requisitado com um dia de antecedência. Precisei usar a sala de reuniões, que estava vazia, para uma reunião remota. Quando estava no meio da reunião, entra um capanga do hote, com toda a delicadeza de um rinoceronte e desliga o ar porque, segundo ele eu deveria ter pedido autorização. Resumindo, é pura enganação e amadorismo. Fujam.

The experience was not good at all. I had to pay a fee to have a friend over to talk for like 30 mins. My AC didn't work all night long. I went to talk to the Manager he seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. I'd never recommend this hotel to no-one.

A vista é maravilhosa, mas o hotel em si, não.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, na beira mar de Cabo Branco. Próximo de vários restaurantes e quiosques. Vista simplesmente maravilhosa! O recepcionista Alexandre foi solícito e muito atencioso, agora todo o restante da equipe deixa a desejar. Se quiser travesseiros extras ou coberta, é cobrado à parte. Café da manhã simples e não há reposição dos itens servidos, mesmo funcionando supostamente das 06:30 às 10:00 horas da manhã. Pedi para usar o microondas no período noturno e me foi negado pois a "cozinha estava fechada". A limpeza do quarto só é feita mediante solicitação, mas os atendentes entram no seu quarto para verificar se houve consumo do frigobar diariamente, mesmo que você não tenha deixado a chave na recepção. Não compensa o custo benefício.

Vou comecar falando sobre a recepção,os atendentes extremamente educados e atenciosos . Quando a o hotel em sim nao vale o valor pago paguei quease 3 mil por 8 diarias. O cafe da manha é fraco, os quartos bem simples e a cama nao é boa,o quarto em que fiquei o 410 a cama ja estava bem velha e fundo o colchão. Não te fornessem uma mantinha,somente um lencol bem fino . Caso queira uma manta ou outro lencol é cobrado taxa de 4 reais assim com as toalhas caso precise tem que pagar. Resumindo não me hospedaria novamente. Tem hoteis com o mesmo valor muito melhor .

Simples e traumatizante!
Pessimo! Cabelo nos lençóis, manchas, parecia que tinha sido usado a poucas horas. Higiene pessima! Funcionários de mau humor e não sao prestativos. O dono desse hotel tem que contratar um cliente oculto pra ver como esta. Acústica pessima, cheiro de cigarro nos corredores.. experiencia traumatizante. Não pretendo voltar nunca mais.

O quarto de hotel engana muito pela foto, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar e nunca na minha vida tive que solicitar a limpeza do quarto em outros hoteis que ja me hospedei. Neste hotel que fiquei a limpeza tinha que solicitar diariamente. Toalhas e roupa de cama velhas, algumas com machas ou toalhas com algumas partes transparentes de tao velhas. Poucos funcionarios, a mesma equipe da cozinha é a equipe da limpeza, sobrecarregando os funcionários com multiplas funções e talvez por isso a limpeza precisava ser solicitada, pois nao tem uma equipe responsável por isso. Ar condicionado muito barulhento precisando de manutenção e a cama de casal o colchao ja era muito velho, com as molas pessimas e com um leve afundamento no meio do colchão. O valor pago na diaria não condiz com a qualidade do hotel, deixei de escolher outros hoteis com diarias mais baratas achando que estava fazendo uma escolha mais confortável porém me senti enganada.
